i just got the flue 4 days ago when i woke up i was seeind double, i closed my right eye and with my left eye everything is ok but when i open left eye i see double, it seems like there is something wrong with right eye could this be from flue and if so will it ever get better im worried , will someone please let me know soon, thanks

Flu, infections, viral diseases, etc, can cause a cranial nerve palsy. Sixth nerve palsy being the most common. It affects the eye muscles and can cause double vision. Usually, it resolves on its own. I don't know if that's what it is, that's just a possibility. You should see a doctor.

I had a month of double vision caused by diabetes I didn't know I had. The 6th cranial nerve was damaged by high blood sugar (microvascular damage). Fortunately, once my blood sugar was under control, the problem corrected itself. Please see a doctor to rule out anything serious.
