Its sounds very low risk to me . It sounds more like the flu to me also or mabe even a bacterial infection. Please don't obsess because once the mind starts running all kinds of things will happen that will be nerve related and seem to be ars symtoms . Keep a clear head and get testad in 3 months . You can have every symtom and in realtiy be negative so don't stay up all night on you're pc looking for symtoms or you're mind will either try to relate to what you're reading or create the symtoms youreself and belive me it doese happen .
The only way to know for sure is to get an hiv test at 3 months .
I'm sure you're fine ;)
In good health................

I suggest you wait for three months and get a rapid hiv test. I am still in the window period myself and had a DNA-PCR test ($90 in CA). Although they didnt find any sign of HIV, after reading on the net - there are a high amount of false pos/neg. So after reading that stuff online - it has made the test i took useless. I have finally accepted that i just have to wait. If your that stressed out, you can still take the test (or any test). The window period starts at two weeks - So after two weeks, you may test positive. Any negative test might put your mind to rest. Although i dont know for sure - i have two negative test that suggest i am negative....But the three month test will be most important - then a six month test to be 100% SURE.

You cannot diagnose ARS from symptoms...
Let me put it another way: YOU CANNOT DIAGNOSE ARS FROM SYMPTOMS!

Paul me and you are in the same boat buddy. I wish you the best of luck. My PCR said i was negative (42 days after possible exposure) and my elisa (70 says after possible exposure) said i was negative. I still think that there is a chance i might still have HIV but i do find some peace of mind with the test that i have completed thus far. I will be testing next week at 90 days which from what some say will be pretty conclusive.

If you need any support buddy my AIM name DRM24D. Trust me, i know how your feeling right now - i was there recently. Completely different symptoms, but non-the-less still possible ARS.

Good luck!

I didnt have a rash so i cant tell you.....nor do i have info on ARS rashes.

There's no set signs of ARS. They can be varied.

I think you should take the PCR test if your that freaked out. It helped me calm down a little. Although still worried, i'm not checking my body for rashes and stuff anymore (used to do it daily).

Hey Man - I'm not out of the waters yet. But i have tons of support, some from people on line and from my friends. If the worse case scenario happens, i know i'm not alone. It took me close to three months to feel this way, so i know where you are buddy. Thanks for your words! I'm sure you'll be fine too. But if you need support - get a hold of me.

Will pray for you.

-Scott
