Recently I have started having sensations of heat down my esophagus, thru my stomach and my lower "orifices." What on earth can this be? I also have cramping right below my ribs. Is this nerves, spinal, or digestive? Where can I start finding out?

My only comment is that reflux, ulcers and other digestive disorders can cause the symptoms you are describing except for the lower orfices part (not sure about that one). Sounds like you need to consult with a doctor if this is a recurring problem and some tests may be needed. Good luck!
