I've heard that taking vitamin c can help cure and prevent flu/cold symptoms, so I've been taking 3-4 pills a day. Is this too much to be taking and does vitamin c even work in that way? Please respond if you know anything. Thank you

that would depend on how many mg of vit C are in each tablet?
