Hi,

I would be grateful of any info you can give me, i had an operation 3 months ago on my lower back to remove a disc which my surgen said it was one of the worst cases he had seen as my nerves were badly swollen but he states no were damaged badly!

I was in hospital for 2 weeks and was extremly week after it and suffered bad spasm and pain for approx 9 weeks after the op.

I was put on tablets for this and for approx 2 weeks i had great relief, but then i was out walking when i heard a popping sound in my back and suffered a great deal of pain. Then back pain eased but severe pain began to occur in my right leg and hip and also in left knee down and i also have severe neck and shoulder pain that radiates into my arms and leave the hands etc very weak.

I have a MRI on monday and i am concerened that i am having neck pain with the leg and back pain. Has anyone expereinced this? I would be very grateful for any information on the neck pain???
