Ok, here's my story. About 2 years I contracted the Chicken Pox. During this time I developed a small node behind my ear. It didn't bother me at all and I had a doctor check it out and he said it's just a swollen lymph node and it should go away soon. Well it's been 2 years and it's still there. Now the node has become very sensitive and has started to hurt all the time, and more nodes are showing up under my armpits and on my neck. I have not had any real night sweats or anything else like that, and I have had no lack of energy whatsoever.

You really need to go to a doctor. In most cases, swollen lymph nodes means that you're fighting off an infection somewhere, even if you're not sure where or feel no symptoms.
But since you are getting more, and they're starting to be painful, you'd need to see a doctor to get a proper evaluation.
