I was wondering if it is better to take your vitamins in the morning or at night? I know morning is the obvious answer, but if your body is resting/repairing itself while you sleep, would it be it better to take them before bed? Just curious if anybody else had any thoughts on this? Thanks!

All I know is that calcium is better taken at night and the 'B' vitamins are better taking in the morning. "B" vitamins give a lot of people energy and make it difficult for them to sleep. ("B" vitamins are the hyper-vitamins.) My sister's doctor told her that the body absorbs calcium better at night when you are sleeping. Maybe that's why the "warm milk at night" used to be so common.

Just in my limited experience, it has seemed that breaking up the consumption of Vitamins/Supplements to two to three times a day is better than trying to take them all at once.
