Hello to all,
I am new to the board & couldn't find an answer to my question.
I have on several occasions, found what look like semi-digested multi-vitamin
looking masses in the bowl. They are uniform in shape & color, however I do not take vitamins. I do suffer from mild IBS, but this is new. Anyone else out there have any ideas or similar experiences.

welcome to the boards.
It sounds like your digistive system is working a bit to fast.
Or, the acid is not doing it's job.
