I have been on bi-est 1.25 and progestorone 10mg creams for 3 months now. I have been feeling terrible, to hot, than to cold, always tired and the itching bug crawling feeling, i also feel like my muscles tighten up(anyone else have this?) Had the doc recheck my levels wont know till tues. I am afraid I don't have enough of something. My tsh is on the low end of normal at .74 I was hoping my cycles would start again. They haven't. Also the sweet cravings are terrible!
Wanted advice or opnions please.

emerita is the best otc cream it has 20mg per dose. 10mg per dose probably isnt enough. To rule out thyroid issue which is what it sounds like you need more than your tsh tested. Testing only your TSH for thyroid is like testing your foot for a heart problem

emerita is a company that makes progesterone creams. They also have a phytoestrogen cream but thats different. The cream is called Pro-gest

Dee let us know your new levels of estrogen E2 , Testosterone, & progestorone.

And if the doc changed you to different strength prescriptions.

sorry have not been around. doc wants to do a a1c on me. progestorone is causing my sugar to drop. progestorone levels are right in the center she said and estradiol has hardly came up. checking things again this month, this time she wants to check cortisol with it.
I can not tolerate straight progestorone at all. I am adjusting to the bi-est but been bloating alot and constipated. my bi-est ratio is estradiol 1/4 and the rest estrial. A friend i know has straight estradiol cream(oestrogen)in a gel. I tried that and had no bloating at all and no bowel problems.
doc still wants to keep me on bi-est. Ugh!
still have no asnwer to why progestorone drops my sugar levels and no one seems to know why.
