i was just wondering how long when you get the swollen glands during HIV how long does that last for and how long do the noticable symtoms last for and how long do they take to come after exsposure.

There are no specific set of symtoms when there are they vary from person to person .
Some people get all and some get none at all
The symtoms are caused by the immune systems response to the virus . During the (ARS) stages of the infection the viral numbers are very high when the immune system starts an all out war its able to cut the numbers down considarbly and it fights very effectivly for around 10 years . Some people can carry it for decades and they are known as non progresors.
Every one is different and so are the symtoms (IF ANY) . Please do not look for symtoms glands swell for any number of reasons and any other number of std,cold,flu and even herpies can cause a swollen lymphnode response .
If you had (WHAT YOU MAY FEEL) as a dangerous encounter get tested . Its the absolute best thing you can do to protect youreself .
Stay calm , keep a clear head , and get tested
3 months is accurate by 97% and very conclusive . 6 months is final unless you have an immune disorder or have a weaknd immune system already . If you test at 3months and are negative and again at 6 months and you will almost certainly be negative (unless you are already immune surpressed) and are still having problems talk you you're doctor about other problems and walk from hiv because you are negative .........
