Do you mean the color of the skin between the last knuckle and the cuticle? If so, this is also caused by poor circulation.

Blue/purple usually signifies poor circulation. I suggest you see your physician.

Circulation can mean a lot of different things. It can also mean that your circulation slows during cold weather and my have nothing to do with you rheart. How old are you?

I will be 42. I have a slew of test of my heart. It races but they can't find anything really wrong with it/me? I take a beta blocker to slow it down.
