Hey
I've read that constantly touching your lymph nodes can make them swell and stay swollen. I seem to have the opposite, but its only an observation and I'm not sure if its even due to the touching or not. I have a lymph node on the left side of my lower neck that I showed my Dr. over a year ago. It's still here, and varies in size almost daily. Here's the weird part: Yesterday, I decided to stop touching it to see if that would make it any smaller. I lasted through yesterday and most of today, until I gave in earlier this afternoon and touched it. It was huge, at almost 2 cm! I kept squeezing and pushing on it, and now, it's a little less than 1 cm, meaning it shrunk pretty quickly. This would also explain what I observed in my other thread that my lymph node is big in the morning, but tiny at night, because almost every day since I found it last year, I've touched it.
Any comments or information? Is this a good or bad sign?
Thank you
