We need your advise and help !! Pls Advise....

Me and my wife are married for the last 9 mths... She is a little overweight and has been dieting and exercising a lot for the last 6 mths..She does too much exercise as she says she needs to go extra mile to burn that fat...But along with this she has not been having a proper diet...Infact she misses her breakfast, has salads or a fruit for lunch and the only time she eats is dinner with me...She has been going crazy on this diet for some time now...she goes to gym twice a day...

Due to all this she has had irregular periods.. Infact her periods have been very irregular..In the last 9 mths of marriage she only had 3 periods.. We went to the Dr few mths back and she said sometimes u get irregular periods after marriage..

Part 1 of the incident.....

On 15th Oct 2004 my wife was dieting as usual and one day after 2 mths she had periods...But these periods were different in a sense she had them for 2 days..then they stopped and again after a day she had a lot of clotting and then continuous bleeding for 10 days... we went to the Dr and she was an idiot and didndt understand much and said it would be ok... ( Its my mistake that I took my wife to someone who just started her job..she is my PCP). I requested her to recommend me to the Gyn and she said No its not reqd... so we went home and thought may be this was normal....

Part 2 of the incident....

This 1st Feb after 3.5 mths gap of not having periods my wife had her periods again..this was normal periods... As per this schedule she was suppose to have her next period on March 1st, 05...They never happened and from March 6th,05 my wife has been vomitting everyday..She vomits twice a day and whatever she eats throws up....Now yday while passing urine she said she saw a blood clot of a size of an oval egg.. She said she was too afraid and just flushed it out... Today also she has been vomitting....We did the pregnancy test and strangely there was no result...It was neither positive nor negative...I know it sounds strange but we did it twice and NO RESULT ...

I am going crazy and we are meeting our PCP (Primary care Physician) tomorrow. I want to see a gynacoelogist but my stupid insurance allows me to go to the PCP first and then she has to recommend me to a Gyny....

We both are very much worried...We did our research amd want to know whether its a miscarriage or something we dont know.....

PLS ADVISE....We wil appreciate if you can share your or your freinds expereince...Please...
