Okay here is my story. I went to the doctor for strep in March and he said I had a small swollen node in my neck right under my jaw and only the right side (which he thought was a little strange) but chalked up to having strep. Well the node never went away and so in June I decided to go see my GP and see what he thought, he put me on antibiotics and did a round of blood test (all came back normal.) The node never went away so then he referred me to an ENT specialist who told me that I needed to get it biopsy ASAP. So I set up the pre-op appointment, which was with another ENT specialist. He looked at my node and said he DID NOT think it was lymphoma and that a biopsy wouldn’t be necessary. (I was very relieved) However he did want me to have a ultrasound of the
"Mass" so he could get a better "look". Well I went for that yesterday and was pushing the ultrasound tech. for answers because that is just how I am I guess. Anyways she said that it was to small nodes together swollen and not to rule out lymphoma yet. So here I am again scared out of my mind that I have cancer and that I am going to leave behind my 3 very small children.
My big question is this. Should I push for a biopsy?
I will be calling my ENT doc. on Monday for my results and if he confirms that it is indeed 2 small nodes should I PUSH for a biopsy? I am worried sick and really need to know what I am up against one way or the other.
Please help! :)
Thank you! :)

I think you should have the biobosy. The doctors can't tell by feeling it. I have been fighting it for 18 year's. It keep's coming back. Good Luck
