does anyone have any remedies for hemeroids? i have terrible hemmeroids right over the anus, and they make my poo deformed. I am pretty young, 16, and the my feces are often very skinny because the blockage of the hole. My flatulence is also very weak because of the blockage. i know this is extremely unhealthy if it persists. I have heard about Vix working, my preparation H doesn't work very well.
thanks

Hi:)
You may have to get a presription to get rid of them. I have internal hemorrhoids and had to get a presription from my doctor. Sometimes preparation-H isn't strong enough. I'm not sure of any other remedy. I'm sure someone else will post something soon.
I hope you get it resolved soon because I know how irritating they can be.

I remember when I was pregnant man my hemrroids were so bad.. Most times they are caused by pregnancy,, constapation, and things like that. You may find that drinking more water and eating more fiber might make you feel better. Also try not to strain or push yourself when you have a movement that will make it much worse.. lol i know from experience.. also PH is good stuff.. so you can try that too. :)

This is a natural remedy that works sometimes. As we try to be regular, we often might strain at the toilet. It takes pratice, but it's important to push gently from above, and not stress the weak parts of the bowel at the opening. Also take time at the toilet and do not rush things, by pushing too hard. It's amazing how fast this works, and for some people the swelling will diminish very quickly. Exercising, drinking a reasonable amount of water, and eating high fiber natural foods helps the ability to have this ease of elimination too.
It takes some time to change to a healthy diet. I recommend you read about this to learn about the details, and how all of this could reduce the occurrence of hemorrhoids. Note also that some natural remedies take time, so patience is important. Not all natural remedies are fast. You hopefully would see day-by-day positive progress, until the problem is no more. Try some aloe vera as well, to help with any healing...but I suggest that you do not mix any herbal preparations such as aloe vera with orthodox medications without discussing this with your doctor...so you don't have any bad reactions.
Since you are so young, I don't know if this would work. It sounds like you might have a problem that a doctor should see. But in the meantime, see if this helps. :)

If I were you, I would let my doctor know just to be sure it's not another hemrroid coming out. Better to be safe then have to go through all the pain again.
