LAst month I suffered from a groin strain, while sprinting 100 yd dashes. The strain didn't immediately hurt. It progressively worsened over a few weeks. Then I noticed that I had swollen(not painful) lymph glands on both sides of the groin . In the region of my upper thigh. Definitely not my abdomen or hernia. I went to the doctor for the groin pull and recieved a celestone shot and anti-inflamatory medication (mobic). I mentioned to the Physcian assistant that the glands in the area were also swollen. She said that was completely normal due to the groin pull.

Well it has been well over a month and a half since my doctor visit and 2-2.5 since the initial groin injury and my groin strain has apparently healed. But my lymph glands are still swollen some days more so than others, but always easily found by feel. They have also become moderatly painful. Sex became very uncomfortable during one recent episode. I generally feel fatigued on a routine basis, but who doesn't. I don't know if its a normal amount or not. Should I go back to the doctor for a closer look or just wait it out for for something else to show?
