I had a cold back in January, then I had sex with someone that I have may have contracted HIV from. My cold has mostly gone away since then but I'm still coughing mucus up and cant seem to get rid of the minor chest cold that i had. Is it possible with HIV infection that my immune system is fighting that and not my cold? thanks for any help.

No..I've had a few colds that have lasted months...anyway, congestion and mucus isnt an ARS and even if it was, self diagnosing is BADDD
