Hello fellow fibros, :wave:

I was wondering if you thought I that I am having a flare up.

I am having tingling, burning, in my arms, severe fatigue, i barely sleep, headaches, leg cramps and toe cramps. My fingers swell. I have bloating and gas and chronic hoarseness

I was diagnosed in 1997 at the age of 25. I would appreciate any help. Do any of you know how I can find a good fibro dr.
