Hello, I have stage 4 grade 4 hep c and autoimmune hep. At what point are liver enzymes concidered off the wall? My GGT is 74, my AST is 92 and my ALT is 96. They are all high. I found a lot of information about my diseases but none on what is concidered a danger point as far as bloodwork is concerned. I appreciate any information.

Liver enzymes can be in the thousand range. Under 100 with two heps is probably pretty good. It isn't great, but it is definitely not in the category of great concern since you are diagnosed.
