this msg board has been really helpful with my previous posts and i really appreciate everyones comments :)

well my previous problem was that i had a reucurring big pump on my penis that had puss coming out if i popped it, with no scaring at all. i had a herpes test a year ago and came back negative. this lead me to belive after research, that it was just a really big pimple, cyst or clogged pour because from what i've read, hpv is warts and herpes have clear fluid, scab up and itch.

now i'm not so worried about that bump on my penis. but i had one also around my taint that got really big at the same time but went down. i never saw if it had puss or not. i looked at it tonight and in that area it's sensitive and there is a little opening like a pinhole on the now flat sore but not scabbed or anything. it's red underneath but has a little opening in the center. is this a sign of herpes becasue of the little opening? or could all this including my penis bump be the result of sweating a lot and wearing tight pants? i got the one on my taint first and during that time i had really bad diahreer and i was very moist in my anal region having to wipe when i didn't need to use the bathroom.

can anyone help me out?!? i've just been in a mental hell about all this for the last 2 weeks. i booked a doctors appointment tomorrow and i am going to get a second opinon. but any help right now would be greatly appreciated so i can maybe put my mind at ease.

Well, the sore you are describing could be a lot of things, but it could be the early stages of a herpes sore. Sometimes, at first the sores look as you are describing, before they turn into more recognisable blisters.

However, it could just be from irritation. Unfortunately you don't know unless you are tested. Good luck and please let us know how it goes.

MGC - what did your ulcer looking sore end up being? I had the exact same thing (though I'm female), pinhole and all....
