I think my new PMD is nuts, the more I think about it. He has only seen me once in my life and he diagnoses me with Fibro because I have 16 of the 18 pressure points. ***? I have so many other symptoms as well. It seemed like he only listened to the symptoms that he WANTED to hear and disregarded the rest. He is a Fibro specialist. Shocker. Now he has me on Cymbalta and Lortab, which I hate, thinking that is going to fix me. Have any of you had experiences with doctors like this?

oh yeah. Even after 9 years of being dx w/fibro...One dr will say it is fibro, one will say it's not, one will say maybe, one will say fibro is a waste basket dx, one dr will say it's chronic myofacial pain syndrome, the next dr will say that CMPS is a waste basket dx just like fibro is......and the dr's wonder why we're as confused as ever sometimes! :rolleyes:
