I'm 5'6 and I was 115 lbs. but for some reason I have been losing weight and now I weigh 105. For my height 115 should be the lightest I weigh. Can anyone tell me any healthy ways to gain a few extra pounds PLEASE!

Eat a several small high protein meals a day and start lifting weights.

Protein shakes will help you gain weight. But you have to drink them like three times a day and eat to. This helped a lady that I work with.

Eat high calorie dense healthy foods such as peanut butter, nuts, dried fruit, avocado, etc, dip your bread in olive oil, add protein shakes BESIDES your regular meals (not in place of), and start lifting weights to build muscle mass. :)
