Hi guys
well I have this major problem with swallowing pills. i can't!
i had the morning after pill about a month ago and had to chew it to get it down
i have no idea why this is, i just cant swallow tablets
is there any way of taking vitamin supplements without them being in tablet form?
Please help!!

Sometimes they have them in liquid or powder form and you just add it to water or juice. Or they have pill grinders and then you could just add that to water or juice.

Have you tried to place the pill as far back in your mouth as you can and then drink something? I used to have a fear of swalloing pills and this is how I overcame it.

I have had this problem for many years!! So, what I do is eat something with it like yogurt or a few grapes with the pills-- And I take alot of vitamins and supplements but almost alway with meals.

If you are taking a multi-vitamin, Viactiv makes chewables for adults that don't taste that bad. They have chocolate and tropical fruit. I hate taking pills, I always gag when I take them so I had to find something else.
