>>I'm going to describe my craps in this thread, so be warned if you're the type that gets easily disgusted by bodily functions.

I guess I just keep telling myself that I should live with it because nothing's wrong...It's not a big deal, but it is abnormal and it's been going on for almost a year now:

Basically 90% of my poops are very very "sloppy", "delicate", just break apart very easily as they come out, and a pretty light golden brown color instead of a healthy dark brown.

And when I do get the more normal looking kind, they are always in tons of small chunks, not a nice big solid thing.

Your description is one of a diet that eats alot of veggies, fruit and possibly nuts???

I think you are not intaking enough fiber that absorbs water/fluid--- soluble fiber will bulk up your stools more that insoluble fiber but both types are needed for a normal tube type BM that's about the size of a quarter in diameter!!

Most insoluble fiber are the fruits and veggies also nuts/seeds,wheat bran.

Soluble fiber is grains w/o husk so they absorb water like rice, corn, oatmeal etc., beans, root veggies, psyllium seed husk.
No fiber is in all meat, all seafood and all dairy products.

I am curious as to what type of diet do you eat?

God Bless---Harry

Question : were they well-formed when they came out and broke apart when hitting the water ? You said light golden brown color instead of a healthy dark brown ,how about ever seen light and/or dark green color ?
