I was wondering if there is a vitamin that augments cognitive operation.

Basically, something that will allow me to be more mentally alert, increase my memory, enhance my learning ability, etc.

So, is there a certain vitamin that helps stimulate brain activity?

Omega-3 oil is probably the best thing.

There is a book written By Dr.Barry Sears the author of The Zone(diet) about the use and dose of fish oil-- "Omega Rx Zone"

The methylcobalamin coenzyme B12 is used in the brain (should be taken with other Bs to avoid imbalance).

Other supps that I recall as supposedly helping "mentally" are Acetyl-L-Carnitine and DMAE.

Those are the only ones, other than the fish oil, that comes to my mind. Have you done a ****** search on it?
