Yesterday, out of the blue, I came out of the shower pain free and fog free. I was running around the house yelling, "it's gone, it's gone." I dried my hair as fast as I could, and all the pain came back with a vengeance. For 20 minutes I had peace. The last 2 nights I have had complete sleep over 8 hours as well. I'm hoping to have that slight remission again. I am thankful to Jesus that he let me have that short time.

Given you were in the shower, do you think it is possible you may be dealing with an exacerbation of symptoms because of possible unknown or hidden mold problems? Maybe some kind of environmental trigger that is washed away in the shower? Just some ideas you may be interested in monitoring...

Last fall I had about 1 hour totally pain free. I had been to have a colonoscopy and was sent home still "funky" from the drugs. I lay down on my bed and suddenly NO PAIN. It was the first time in over 25 years that something didn't hurt. I just started crying. I savored the time and wept. I told someone that and they just stared. I guess they couldn't believe the impact of such a moment. But I hear you and feel it for you too!!

Oh, I'm so sorry that it came back. I had 2 months of remission after the birth of a child. I thought I was completely healthy and that maybe pregnancy was causing my problems, but soon enough, it all returned. I was crushed.
I hope that one day, all of us can wake up to remission, for good. I hope that we find a cure for this DD. We will, one day, I just hope we all aren't bald from pulling our hair out from this. LOL!
