i was diagnosed with pvc's not to long ago. I am only 22 and i'm worrired. i took a stress test and the doctors said the pvc's went away when i started exercising or moving around real fast. they did an ultrasound and did'nt find any problems. i was wondering if my risk for a heart attack at a young age is high? i was also wondering since i have these pvc's will caffeine be bad for me because it doesn't seem to bother me. but my real question is is how will this effect my life in the future ande is there any thing i can do to help my condition get better. Are there things i shouldn't do like exercise because i like to exercise. any body with some advice they would like to share it will be very appreciated. thank you.

Hi there, Try not to worry too much. Pvc's are pretty harmless. The worse they can do is make you lightheaded. They do not increase your risk of heart attack, and you will notice that they will come and go through out your life. They are just annoying. It can take years to get used to them because they are pretty scary. Caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, and drugs can all make them worse. You will start to notice different things that can trigger yours. If they get to the point where you just can't take them anymore the doc can try different meds. I, personally, would rather just deal with them then take those nasty meds.
Good Luck
