ive been having this annoying problem with my spine for the past few weeks.

its hard to put my finger on what exactly ive got, but here are the symptoms. firstly, i feel quite fatigued and just not all there, my entire spine/back feels numb, especially at the lower back, i can move freely enough, but sometimes i do get these kind of powerful (painless) sensations rushing through my spine. it almost feels as if my back isnt there, or as if something just needs to be clicked back into place. ive noticed a permanent numbness in the grisslybit at the top of my upper left leg, just before where it joins the torso, if i push down there, the sensatiosn get really really strong. ive also been needing to go to the toilet lots while ive had this problem.

it does get better from time to time, like when i change position, it seems to go when i slouch, but the nerve seems to be trapped when i sit in a perfect posture. everyone ive spoken seems to think its a trapped/crushed nerve, due to how certain positions, exercises, and other stuff can all help it.

however, this is totally painless, i just feel totally out of sorts, fatigued , and my spine just feels as if it isnt there, i also feel lathargic in my actions.

sorry i couldnt be more precise, hope some1 will help, thanks in advance,
will.

by the way, ive felt my back and have found my spine seems to stick out a bit more than it should, and i can feel the nobbly bits easy, also 1 bit sticks out a lot which i can clearly see and feel.

p.s this problem gets far worse when i sit down, my fingers ache a bit (thats probably unrelated) and i have the habit to keep gently moving my left leg, like restless leg syndrome.

I would either go to a chiropractor or a MD to get an x-ray at least.I nearly let my problem go too long.I was told if I waited another year I may have been paralyzed.A chiropractor told me I would eventually need surgery.I took that to mean I could wait.It just gets worse. So I finally had it and now feel like I can do more.Still healing, but definately can see a difference.Get it checked.
