I keep reading about progesteron creams you are using. What kind do you use and where do you get them? Do they replace the hrt or do you use it along with the hrt? what exactly do they do for you? Sorry to be so dumb about this but my doctor never even suggested an alternative to hrt.

hrt replaces all the hormones you are deficient in and progesterone cream only increases 1 hormone. Hopefully you are using natural hormone replacements and not synthetic ones.
