hi. my face and neck are darker than the rest of my body. it is very obvious because the colour changes on my neck from dark to white. i hate being in photos because it's so obvious. i know it is not a tan because i have had this problem for years and have avoided the sun. is there anything i can do to make my skin colour all the same?
