I was wondering if this takes awhile to start working in some people? I started it on monday and I haven't noticed a single thing since taking it. I had read about it working within 20-30 minutes for other people.
Thanks

I used to take it in a supplement with St. John's wort. Since then there have been studies that it can cause liver failure or something like that...

the thing is that it caused liver damage in individulas who took far more than the recommended dose. as we all know, too much alcohol will casue liver problems, but i don't see it being banned. same for parecetomol and a whole host of other things. THE WHOLE THING IS A JOKE. its like when tryptophan was banned. it wasn't the product that was a problem it was the fact one manufacturer tried to cut corners and as a result contaminated a batch they produced. it was the contamination rather than the amino that was the problem! you could try vervain or valarian if you want an alternative though.
