Does anyone know if IMRT treatment for prostate cancer is offered in Australia and have any idea of the aproximate costs?

IMRT is available in Australia.Try North Shore,or Prince of Wales hospitals in Sydney.
A number of other research & treatment facilities also exist both in Sydney and other places.
