Is there any pain with cancer of the Prostate or is a PSA the best way to tell --along with a biopsy??

Also, what about rectal exams---are they of any value?

A biopsy is the best way. By the time you have pain the cancer has spread.

PSA test is an early warning method and it has alerted many people!!
