Hello to any of you that are searching for options with you prostate cancer.
My 49 year old brother had a PSA slightly over 4 that would drop back to 3.5 now and then. Doctor in Louisiana did a 20 point biopsy........2 of the 20 came out positive.
After much research, he was operated on by Dr. Carter at John Hopkins in Baltimore. He is so glad that he made the trip to Baltimore for this "nerve sparing surgery". He is neither incontinent nor impotent!!!!!
A friend of his that was operated on locally was not so fortunate with either of the above.
So, THANK GOD, John Hopkins, and Dr Carter.......my brother should have a long life ahead of him.

p.s. Our father died at age 76 after having prostate cancer for 10 years
