I live in New York, USA... and every time we went to florida for vacation I got egsima from the water(showers, tap, etc) or the heat...
Things have gotten really bad and now im moving to Honduras (my family's country) but ive never been there and its much hotter there and since its a poor country im guessing the water will be worse than Florida's...
What am I suppose to do when the Egsima comes back because I know it will be awful. Is there anything I can take to make it go away? Once I leave the states doctors and medicines will be EXTREMELY limited.
I dont even know how im going to get a job there. (or what kind of jobs are even availible!) I know nothing about the country at all.

Could you mean excema? Super-dry looking spots on the skin? Try searching this site or the internet. There's tons of info out there. Also, check out the skin bulletin board.
My child had mild case when young, and for her, all it took was regular application of a high-quality, fragrance-free, over-the-counter skin cream.
Good luck!
