What ISN'T a symptom of CFS and FMS? My goodness, the lists never end. I seriously want to know... what's something that's NOT a symptom of one of the two?

Until I got here, I NEVER realized how different this disease REALLY was for everyone. I'd heard it, but had no idea. It's crazy!!

it is what it is, my friends. here is a symptom that is not of fms, or cmp, or ibs, or, well, any of the goodies . . . feeling perfect. feeling so good you could dance. it happens for all of us. those windows of pure wellness of body and mind. those are a gift. be it a moment or a day.

Jeremy, I agree. I too believe fibro and cmps are very very real, but if you don't have osteo., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, been in a car accident, etc. that brought on/ aggrivates the fibro or cmps.......I'd be searching for other causes, especially if your symptoms get way worse or you get new/serious symptoms.

Put in a nut shell........in my opinion....if you have been dx'd w/fibro/cmps with absolutely nothing else being dx'd.....and your getting newer symptoms through the years (not just "hair loss", "excessive sweating", "pimples"), I'd keep looking for other answers.

The thing that bothers me about the symptoms lists is that it seems like you can't get the same answers from even reputable info sources. I've tried to sort out questions I've had about Fibromyalgia and inflammation and I look one place and it says one thing and I look another and it says the complete opposite and I still don't really know solid answers to a lot of my questions. I wish they'd all get their stories straight for those of us who are looking for help and answers!
