I am hearing of soy helping women with moodiness during pms and menopause. I went to my healthfood store and got this long complicated story of why it has to be fermented soy, or the body will not benefit. Anyone help with this, and has anyone had benefits from soy...What sources? Thanks!

I tried soy. It does help prostate pain. But I read about it making your brain foggy. And I had definitely observed this prior to reading the article, so I stopped using it. Couldn't even follow along with conversations sometimes. I used soy protein powder. Also, You need fat along with any protein! or bad things happen with hormones and such.
