I am a 20 year old male who has had prostate cancer/enlargment symtoms for years now. But these disorders are almost unheard of in men my age so I dont know.
It started when I was about 14. Every so often (about once every 4 months) there would be a day when I would urinate constantly. I would take a very long, satisfying piss, and no longer than 2 minutes later my bladder was completly full again to the point where I could barely hold it in. I would end up urinating about 20 times in one day. Each one a long piss. I shrugged it off as being merely a cause of the fact that I am I heavy drinker (not alcohol). Just lots of caffiene.
But as the years passed, it had worsened. Soon it was once a week, then 3 times a week, and by the age of about 16 or 17 it was every day. My grandmother is a diabetic and felt that it was a sign of diabetes, but after testing me several times she discovered that my blood sugar was normal. So i once again assumed that it was merely caused by the fact that I drank a lot. Usually 9 to 10 cans of pop a day if not more.
I am now 20, and its still present yet worse. I am still urinating up to 20 some times a day, only now it is only coming out in small ammounts. Most times it is just enough to fill up a dixie cup. I have also noticed that my stream is extremely weak. When I was a kid I used to be able to stand 10 feet from the toilet and still hit it, now I must stand directly over the toilet. It feels that the muscle that you use to force urine out more quickly does nto function anymore. I absolutly cannot push my urine out any faster. It just kinda comes out. Sometimes I get a huge urge to urinate, but only a dribble comes out. After I drink soemthing, I usually get the urge to urinate about once every 10 minutes. Each time liek I said only a small ammount comes out. The only way i can get a powerful stream and produce more urine is if I hold my urgs to urinate for about 30 minutes. Then it seems liek more urine accumulates and I am able to urinate ALMOST normally. I also have recently been experiencing pre mature ejactulation and increased trouble obtaining and maintaining an erection.
However it is NOT painful for me to urinate.
Well thats my story. I am very worried that I have developed prostate cancer at the early age of 20. I sometimes have panic attacks when thinking about dyign early from prostate cancer.
But it is virtually unheard of for someone my age to have prostate cancer. I have not visited a doctor yet, bbecause I am unfortunitly one of those people who are terrified to visit a doctor for things liek this otu of fear of what could be wrong and the fear of what types of tests that could be done such as tubes in my penis and colonoscapys.
Please help if you have ANY idea what this may be a sign of.
