Today I woke up and found tiny red spots on my arms, stomach area, partially on upper legs. I know that this is a general description BUT when I press on them they dissappear for a moment and reappear again. I think it has something to do with the vessels. Anyone ever had anything like that?

yes, I have the exact same thing on my legs. I haven't found out what it is yet, please let me know if you do, thanks.
