My 57yr old uncle lives in another country and was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. His
PSA is 400 and he has bone metastises on 95% of his skeletal frame. His vital organs including the lymph nodes are clean.
I showed the results to a Urologist here and he said there was nothing they could do other than hormone treatments, and he felt that he had maybe 3 years left. In Europe they said this can be attacked with hormone injections followed by radiation and gave a more hopeful outlook.
Can anyone recommend a DR or treatment center here in the US that specializes in advanced prostate cancer treatment? thanks.

I think a treatment Center will be your best bet. Best of luck.

John Hopkins in Baltimore is the best hospital for prostrate cancer according to USNew and World Report. The best Dr for this problem will be there. This is where I will go if I am ever have this problem. Good luck
