I have a long long pigment stripe on my scrotum. It is much darker than surrounding skin. It has been there for years, but I have become more aware of it. I am not sure if it has got longer (maybe my willy is getting longer! ha!). Anyway, it stretches from my scrotum to the underside of my penis - perhaps 5inches in length. It is a perfect stripe of pigment. Very straight. Is it just pigment? It certainly doesn't seem to match the skin cancer 'rules' that I have learnt about on the net.

The stripe is similar in pigment colour to the bulk of my penis. The underside seems to be lighter in pigmentation anyway which makes the stripe look funny.
