I have a 3 week old infant. The last two days his BM have been very foul smelling, not typical of a breastfed baby. I asked the Dr.'s nurse about it and she said it's probably something I'm eating. I was wondering if this sounds right or is it a sign of intestinal problems? Has anyone experienced this with their newborn?
