Just dropping a note that I'm still around. Been going to my doctor appointments and looking for support. Still taking two-three Hydro per day. My doctor is reffering me to a physician that specializes in addictions. He wants me to be careful because he and my counselor believe I am only mentally addicted. Does not want me on Sub. or anything. I don't care what they decide as long as I feel that I get some help to figure all this out and get past it. The thing I am most ready to change is stopping these darn panic attacks. They SUCK. Anyway, just checking in.
