I've just discovered 2 moles on my inner thigh. One is kinda halfway and the other further up.I'm actually not sure if they're moles-they could be warts but they're kinda flesh-coloured a bit elevated and not very big. They don't irritate me but i do wonder if they could be anything serious.I'm 27 and am hoping that maybe someone has an idea about this.

It sounds like some type of a wart. There are all kinds of skin growths. I've had all kinds of growths removed at different times. You will find the older you get, you will have these kinds of things. But, you are right to pay attention to it. Skin cancer is very prevalent. I had a spot removed a few years ago, it was kind of pinkish and itched, it was basel cell cancer. A very commom form of skin cancer but, if left untreated it can be bad. The best thing to do, to set your mind at ease, is to have a dematologist check it out.

I have something simular to that. I have about a dozen or so on my right thigh but I also have them on my hands and have 2 on my neck. The Dr called mine 'skin tags'. Said not to worry about them unless they become annoying and then he could burn them off. Mine are flesh colored and are raised a bit but not like I would picture a 'mole' or 'wart' to look like...so it may not be the same thing.

I also have skin tags, 100's of them. It seems lately that I've started breaking out with them. I wouldn't worry about them, My doctor says they are fine.

I can't give you a medical opinion, but I can tell you what I have and it may give you some ideas. I'm in my early 30s and have two colorless raised areas on my face. My derm has assured me they are moles and harmless. My mother is in her 60s and has started getting raised colorless areas on her arm that her doctor told her are also harmless, but not moles. She told my mom they come with age and she can remove them, but they would probably pop up somewhere else. My mom has also had skin tags removed, and these are different.
My personal rule of thumb has been get anything funky checked out, especially if you have fair skin, are prone to things of this sort, or have a family history.

I would have them biopsy it. I have had 4 basal cells. 3 were red spots and the 4th was a skin colored (very light not pink) raised bump, very smooth, small and round. They biopsied it and it was a basal cell! I was suprised and shocked as it looked nothing like the other 3. They cut such a small bit out of it to biopsy it that you wouldn't even have noticed! I think it was well worth it.
