hey guys, new to the boards. I am 12 days clean after a couple years of OC use. I am almost past the withdrawals, still cold all the time, but i think the worst is over, and i quit cold turkey.

My question is how long does OC stay in your system, my mother found out and she wants to drug test me regularly, the problem is i told her i was a month or so clean when im really 12 days clean, with a minor slip up a few days ago... does anyone know?

4-5 Days I Was Told, Drink Extra Water And Try Working Out/running! Good Luck And Congrats! That Had To Be A Bad Couple Of Weeks?! I Tried C/t On A 30 10mg Vicodin Habit Andcaved After 3 Days, Couldn't Take The Sickness/sweets/no-sleep And Twitching.

Drink lots of water....and exercise and hot baths.....it will take at least 5 days, depending on how much you used during your slip. i would give it a week to be safe. Are you getting any outside support???? Relapse IS part of this disease, this board is FULL of information on how to combat relapse. Meetings, therapy, confiding in friends and family, staying away from USERS, and most of all prayer and faith. This board is great for support too, i am glad you found your way here :)
