its been racing hard, so i went 2 times to the hospital, and they said all was fine. hooked me up 2 several wierd machines, and EVERYTHING came back fine. also had a hearts disease and thyroid gland test done a few months back...all was fine

so here i am..with a hearts thats pounding strong rather than pounding fast...and all they tell me is it is a Panick Attack !!

anyone else get this ? and if so, what are the things i can do to make it better?
i dont drink alcohol take drugs or drink much caffine. also i have ashtma and i am alergic to house dust mite.

anyone got any advice ? all im hearing from the hospital is calm down, dont panic, your heart is fine..and it is..i seen the test results..

I would not worry about this at all. I know it is tuff not to worry about this. A couple years ago I developed panic attacks again. During this time my heart must have been pounding about 115 or more beats a min. Also my heart was pounding very hard like i could feel it. its all a natural reaction witht he heart. it finally passed for me after months like 2 months or more. I had to quit dwelling on it constantly. Once i got out of the house and did things with my friends i slowly got better. your fine. pmessageme back if you would like to chat some more.

When you come into contact with something that triggers an allergic reaction, your hormonal system pumps chemicals (hormones) into your bloodstream. These hormones can cause the heart to misfire in many ways, including the hard pumping that you are experiencing.

Equally, there are things that can fire up your immune system or your neurological system, which can have similar effects. It is very complicated. Many health care professionals don't want to appear stupid or incompetent, so they try to blame the patient by telling the patient that it is the patient's nerves or the patient's inability to cope, that is causing their heart to misfire.

You need to avoid the things that are causing your heart to misfire. Many things that you consume, that you breath (odors, pollens, pollutants) and many things that touch your skin, can cause an allergic reaction which causes your hormonal, immune or neurological systems to kick in. Otherwise, you may eventually need a medicine that stops these chemical reactions from effecting your heart.

Drugs, herbs, etc., could also be causing your heart to misfire. Are you taking any herbs or supplements or medicines?
