My sister is freaking out about a wisdom tooth that is coming in. She has crooked teeth already (doesn't want braces lol) and the wisdom tooth thats coming in is only poking out about a centimeter if that right now. She says shes got enough room (or so she thinks) for them to come in an doesn't think she'll have too have them removed....But would she be more likely to have to get it removed with her teeth already being crooked or would this not matter?

The large majority of people need to have their wisdom teeth out both because there isnt enough room for them to erupt and because wisdom teeth are hard to keep properly cleaned and cared for. If she doesn't want to have any of her teeth shifting because of her wisdom teeth, I would tell her she needs to go see her dentist to discuss having them removed.
