does any one get this occassionally?

Yup... as well as the rest of arms and legs. Just tingly or numb limbs pretty much.

hey april, when exactly do you get this? i get tingly feeling in my hands when i wake up and especially after i have used my right hand to write or color with my kids. i have to say it is very annoying and i try to shake it off but that don't work of course. so you get it in you toes to?

I get this too, hands, arms, legs, feet-shoulders, chin, back of neck, top of head, lol the body parts a'plenty!

its horrible. yes i get in toes, somtimes a burning sensation on pads of feet too, like my skin is sore but its not. love april xx

Well absolutely! This was one of my first and most alarming symptoms. I would get a heavy and tingling feeling in my leg and before I knew it it was like it was asleep. It would have a dull ache and then turn very cold. Nothing really helped until, honestly, I smoked pot. I have not found much releif otherwise.

I used to smoke pot but i was ill and it contributes to or aggrivates mental illness conditions like depression,panic so can tsmoke iteven if im in agony with pain! love april x

april i use to smoke pot along time ago but i had to stop because it started making me paranoid and making my anxiety worse. it just was not fun anymore.
anyway when does the numbness and tingling happen? is it just all the time off and on?

its sometimes really. i also have horrible tingling down below. i pray its not ms as ive heard it can be a ms symptom. its there less lately as one time it was bad, there evry day. at moment i am in a mild flare, its tapering off but tinglings there. love april x
