I have had sinus pain (when bending over to pick something up) and sinus pressure at times. I don't have a stuffy nose and my ear throbs/pounds right in the eardrum it dounds like. It doesn't hurt or anything but it pounds sometimes. Don't have a headache really. Can allergies do this? I do have allergies and asthma and I have had more of a hard time with my asthma more than anything though. Can you have sinus pressure/pain without it being a sinus infection? Thanks everyone!
