Does anyone feel hesitant about drinking a simple glass of water because of their anxiety? Not juices, sodas, etc but just water?

I don't care about anything else other then water. I have to make sure the glass is washed 3 times and the water has to be just cold enough. I don't have a phobia about water. I think its because i don't like it and don't like drinking it. and you can taste and see everything in it compared to pop and juices. So your not alone. |
